Lindsay

Lindsey has played soccer since she was 7 years old and played competitively through high school alongside playing Varsity for Center High School. In her teenage years, Lindsey had the honor of playing internationally in the Netherlands and in the last year of college she played for UMKC’s women’s club team before they created their current D1 team. In 2003 she was an assistant coach for the girl’s and boy’s soccer team, and girl’s swim team at her high school alma mater, Center High School in South Kansas City. Then in 2006 she took a break from coaching and moved to England to get her Master’s degree. 

Coming back in 2007 she coached soccer for one more year at Center before entering her doctorate education and career in research and development. Lindsey has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from UMKC, a Master’s degree in Social Policy and Administration from the University of Nottingham (United Kingdom), and a PhD in Therapeutic Science from the University of Kansas. 

Lindsey currently works at The Center for Practical Bioethics Kansas City. She looks forward to working with each player in improving their soccer skills and being the players they want to be.
